Meet Boise Realtor Jed Splittgerber

Jed Splittgerber is a dedicated real estate professional based in Boise, Idaho, with a deep passion for mid-century modern architecture. As a key member of Mid-Century Homes by Anthology, he specializes in connecting clients with iconic mid-century properties, blending his appreciation for design with his expertise in real estate.

Jed's commitment to preserving and promoting mid-century design is evident in his involvement with notable projects. He played a significant role in the restoration and sale of the historic Pearsall House, the family home of renowned furniture designer Adrian Pearsall. Collaborating with homeowners Toni Crevo and David Koral, Jed helped transform the property into a showcase of thoughtful modern updates and respectful restoration, highlighting many of Pearsall's original furniture pieces.

"I can only imagine this home at the time it was built, it was a dream for Adrian Pearsall and he was at the peak of his career. He had his laboratory, he was meeting people, he was dreaming of materials, he was looking around his own space and seeing how he could utilize those. It makes this home so important because it is the rarest work of Adrian Pearsall," he says.

An Mid-Century Modern Aficionado Through and Through

Jed has made significant contributions to the appreciation of mid-century design and architecture through his real estate work and published insights. Over the course of his career, his expertise has been regularly featured in notable publications like Atomic Ranch magazine, where he has shared knowledge on topics ranging from mid-century kids' spaces to living room design.

Jed's passion for mid-century modernism runs deep, extending well beyond his professional endeavors. While studying creative design and advertising at Chapman University, he discovered the Eichler family and became captivated by their iconic approach to architecture. This fascination ultimately inspired him to design his own Eichler-inspired home—a remarkable achievement that embodies his personal dedication to the principles and aesthetic of the mid-century era.

Through his work and his home, Jed Splittgerber remains a devoted advocate for mid-century modernism, preserving its legacy and inspiring others to appreciate the enduring beauty of this architectural style.
