To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all members, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Respect and Civility: Engage respectfully with other members, even in cases of disagreement. Constructive conversations are encouraged, but hostility is not.

2. Prohibited Content: Any content deemed unacceptable (including posts, usernames, or subject lines) will be removed. This includes but is not limited to:
   ​

   1. Harassing, threatening, or abusive language.

   2. Racist, hateful, violent, vulgar, or obscene behavior or language.
       

3. Illegal Activities: Encouraging, suggesting, or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate content removal, suspension of posting privileges, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

4. Copyright Compliance: Do not post articles, news reports, or other copyrighted materials without explicit permission from the copyright owner.
    

5. Flooding and Spamming: Flooding, spamming, or any disruptive behavior is not allowed and will result in content removal.
    

6. No Commercial Activity: Commercial solicitations, advertisements, or promotional content are not permitted.
    

7. Protect Personal Information: This is a public forum. Do not share personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, or other identifying details. Additionally, refrain from posting any personal information about a third party without their explicit consent.
    

8. Exercise Discretion: Be cautious of users who may claim expert knowledge in areas such as law, medicine, or other fields. Verify advice independently, as expertise is not guaranteed.
